A great deal has changed in the last 20 years and your department can pivot in some areas to allow for better use of work hours. Let us know what areas you want to focus on, and we can help you design path to success by eliminating waste, increasing outcome-based approaches and help your agency do more under decreasing or reprioritized budgets.
Transparency, forward facing websites and applications are becoming more common place. Most agencies are already trying to stay afloat with the added tasks, mandated reports, and front-line police work, they are not able to always have a forward-facing program. Transparency programs can help better inform your communities, allow for a freer flow of information, and help break down barriers to communications. Help remove the mystery of what your agency does while still protecting the integrity of ongoing investigations. Updated crime statistics, critical incident information and use of force reporting can help those you serve know better how you accomplish this.
